Shortly after assuming the RNC Presidency,Karl Christen (R-Cap) endorsed President Dennis McVicker (L)’s re-election. Despite differences and disagreements between the RNC and the Libs,he still endorsed him in a letter today sent to RNC members:
After further discussions with President McVicker. I've been reassured that certain anti-RNC members of his party will not be in positions of power in a second McVicker presidency.
In reality I see only two options in this election for the RNC, but it's your choice my friends. I would follow the debate between Dennis and Jason and make your choice accordingly.
Jason has been fairly forthright in his economic and social policies. When I was a Whig, Jason seemed to be more of a moderate-conservative in his approach to most issues. He maybe to the left of Dennis in terms of economic policy, but I also would be considered that way as well. Jason would make a fine president, but there are some concerns I have about a Trvseeker presidency. He's pretty busy with real life issues, and as the Whig president he has been absent for important periods of time. It's not a personal issue I have with him, but I remember the Eric Meissner administration, and if your not constantly on the job in Titulia, they'll crucify you.
Dennis - been a pretty good president, not on par with Luxis at all, but he has been great for immigration (though we need to make sure he does not just push liberal political sites for new immigrants). As I said before, he does have great business sense, and he assured me he will be announcing a number of initiatives today or tomorrow. Socially though I do not agree with Dennis on a number of issues and you can see that reflected in a number of exchanges I've had personally with members of his party.
I look at it this way fellow members. I really would like to review Dennis's ideas for the economy. One thing I like about Dennis is that when he laser focus's on a particular idea, then he does a fantastic job in terms of implementing that idea.
Personally I think the economy is the most critical issue in this election. Please feel free to question.
