PHILIPPINES/More than a dozen die in Massive Flooding

MANILA,Philippines | Tropical Storm Ketsana has cause massive damage in the National Capital Region of the Philippines and its suburbs. The Metro Manila Region has experienced this storm the most. The storm is estimated to have killed around 106 civilians and left more than 280,000 people without a home.
