TITULIA CITY (TNCweb) | Arts Secy Alex Pijanowski (SDP) has announced that the Arts Department funding is low. The Arts Dept is responsible for the Titulia Post Article of the Week and Month. Arts Secy Pijanowski has voluntarily paid T$ 300 towards the fund, but has stated that the fund will run out again soon.
