John Daly (CL)
TITULIA CITY /Just resigned-Presidential Advisor John Daly (CL) has stated he plans to initiate impeachment proceedings for President Dennis McVicker (L) if he is re-elected,The Times reports.
The Times also stated that this impeachment proceeding came after The Herald’s article on The Scandal between McVicker and Norton (R). Daly told The Times a quote from the Constitution: Well, under Article III, Section 5 of our constitution it says that a president may be impeached for 'high crimes or misdemeanors.' I consider malfeasance in office to be a misdemeanor charge, and Mr. McVicker has committed that offense.
