SANTIAGO,CHILE | Chilean President Sebastian Pinera (Center-right) was inaugurated just after an aftershock shook the nation. Two weeks have passed since the original quake and Outgoing-President Michelle Bachelet (Socialist) has been criticized for her handling of the earthquake. Despite this, she remained popular til the end of her term.
